Practise your Danish

Would you like to practise speaking Danish in a friendly and relaxed environment?

At Ballerup Library, you can join our “Tal Dansk Café” (Speak Danish Café) and improve your Danish through conversation with others.

Every Thursday from 5–7 PM, volunteers from the Red Cross host the language café. Here, you can practise everyday Danish, meet new people, and get help with things like understanding letters, reading newspapers, or writing job applications, CVs, or homework.

The café is informal and open to everyone who wants to practise Danish. It’s free – no registration required. Just drop by!
